RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At A’fieri, every step matters — especially finding the right fit.
If your pair isn’t quite right, we offer returns and exchanges for full-priced items within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn and unmarked, in the same condition as received
- Packed in their original box or packaging
- Complete with all included accessories or materials
To help you choose correctly from the start, we always recommend checking our Size Guide or contacting us for a personal fit recommendation before placing your order.
Sizing Changes
We want you to feel confident in your Afieri pair. If you need a different size or wish to try another style:
- These requests qualify for an exchange only (not a refund).
- Return shipping fees will be covered by the customer.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives with a defect or damage, we’ll make it right. You may choose between a refund or replacement, and we’ll cover all related shipping costs.
To help us verify your claim, please provide:
- Clear, close-up photos of the concern
- Order confirmation details
How to Request a Return
Step 1: Submit a Request
Start by filling out our Return Form on our website. Our team will review your request and reply within 48 hours with instructions and next steps.
Step 2: Prepare Your Item
Pack the item securely in its original packaging, making sure it’s in unused condition with all inserts and accessories included. For a smoother review, please attach clear photos of the item before shipping — especially for exchanges or concerns about condition.
Step 3: Shipping the Item Back
Use the shipping instructions provided by our team.
- For sizing or change-of-mind exchanges, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- For damaged or defective items, Afieri will cover all shipping costs.
Step 4: Review & Approval
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it and confirm eligibility. You’ll be notified via email once your store credit, exchange, or refund has been approved and processed.
Step 5: Enjoy Your Next Pair
If you’ve received store credit, you can use it anytime — it never expires and can be redeemed online or in-store.
Pick-up or Delivery Arrangement
For your convenience, Afieri can arrange the pick-up and delivery of your return or exchange.
- Exact pick-up details and scheduling will be coordinated via Instagram Direct Message or your preferred contact channel.
- Shipping out of item/s could also be arranged by the customer.

- Change of mind or size exchange: Customer covers shipping fees.
